The waiting list can be accessed by pressing the “Waiting List” button located on the top section of the Day Book.
By default, the waiting lists displays today’s entries, you can change the date from the “View waiting list from” field:
To search for a client inside the waiting list, type in the client name/phone or email into the “Search waiting list” field and then press the “Search” button.
To add a client to the waiting list, from the entries list page, press the “Add Client” button:
You can add existing or new clients to the waiting list:
To specify if you are adding an existing or a new client, use the “Client type” drop box:
Adding existing clients to the waiting list
Select the appointment type and search for the client using the „Search client field”.
Type in the customer name, phone, email or courses barcode inside the „Search Client” field and then select the result from the autocompletion box that appears below the field.
The client will be added and selected automatically in the „Select Client” drop box.
You can also select the client directly from the „Select Client” if present (had recent activity).
Type in the waiting list entry description and then press the „Add entry” button.
Adding a new client to the waiting list
To add a new client first select “New Client” from the “Client Type” drop box:
Fill in the Name, Phone, Email and Entry „Description” field and then press the „Add entry” button.
To view or update the details of an existing waiting list entry, press the “View Details” button form the entry:
The details include the location, date added, client data (name, phone, and email), appointment type, entry description and a status of the courses for existing clients.
To add an appointment for the waiting list client, press the “Add booking” button.
The system will open the “New Appointment” window, automatically select the client and copy the description field into the appointment notes.
To update the selected waiting list entry, make the necessary changes to the “Appointment type” and “Description” fields and then press the “Update entry” button.
To delete the selected waiting list entry, press the “Delete entry” button.
Entries can also be deleted from the entries list page, by pressing the entry’s “Delete” button.
To go back to the entries list, press the “Back” button.
